Fibrex is made of reclaimed wood fibers and thermoplastic polymer that is blended and fused together. This material is patented and unique to Andersen windows. Is there a difference between Andersen 100 series windows and windows installed by Renewal by Andersen?

Not really. While there are small & subtle differences, the Andersen 100 series are very similar to those offered by Renewal by Andersen. Both windows are manufactured by the Andersen corporation and both windows are made using Andersen’s patented Fibrex material. Both windows also offer the same high-performance Low-E4 glass, which blocks up to 95% of those harmful UV rays, which leads to fading of your indoor flooring and furniture. Low-E4 glass also reduces heating and cooling costs by up to 25%.
