A West Coast manufacturer that engineers for heat, not for Midwest winters. Anlin's glass program is the reason we put them in more Arizona homes than any other line we carry.

Anlin builds vinyl replacement windows in California, and that matters more than it sounds. A window engineered for a Sun Belt climate is solving a different problem than one designed for Minnesota. Their entire glass program is built around keeping heat out, which is exactly the job here.
Three things put Anlin at the front of our lineup for Arizona homes.
Two low-E packages with different coatings. SunShield is the workhorse for most elevations. SunMatrix goes on the walls taking direct afternoon sun, where the lower solar heat gain earns its cost back.
Laminated acoustic glass for homes near a freeway, a flight path, or Luke AFB. It is the same laminated build that improves forced-entry resistance, so one upgrade buys you two things.
Frame, sash, hardware, and glass, including accidental breakage. It transfers to the next owner, which becomes a real line item the day you list the house.

Different, not automatically better. Anlin's edge in Arizona is a glass program built specifically around solar heat. Andersen has a wider material range, including wood and composite. Simonton is a strong value line. We carry all three and we will tell you which one actually fits your house.
Both are low-E, but SunMatrix uses a more aggressive coating with a lower solar heat gain coefficient. On a north wall the difference is small. On a west wall in July it is not. We spec them wall by wall instead of selling one package for the whole house.
Yes, and it includes accidental glass breakage, which most manufacturer warranties specifically exclude. If a rock from the mower takes out a pane, that is covered. Keep the paperwork and it carries to the buyer when you sell.
Anlin's vinyl is formulated with heat stabilizers and their frames are welded rather than mechanically fastened at the corners. Warping is what happens to cheap unwelded vinyl. That is a real problem, and it is the reason we do not carry the bargain lines.
We pair top-rated, desert-tested products with installers who treat your home like their own. See which brand and glass package fits your home and budget, on the house.
Book My Free ConsultationWe are not locked into one manufacturer, and that is the point. We spec the brand to the house rather than to whatever we have a quota on.

The broadest material range we carry. Fibrex composite, wood interiors, and a 400 Series that handles custom geometric shapes.

A strong value line with solid energy numbers. Where the budget is tight but you still want a real warranty standing behind the glass.

Aluminum framing, including the Ambassador Series. The right call for large spans and for a modern, thin-sightline look.
