Why Homeowners Choose Us

Doors Are Where Bad Installs Show Up First

A door has to seal, swing true, and lock every single day for twenty years. That is an installation problem far more than it is a product problem.

20+ Years in Arizona

Serving Valley homeowners since 2005, with thousands of patio, entry, and security doors installed across the Phoenix metro.

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed, bonded, and insured. AZ ROC #294387, certified for window and door replacement.

In-House Install Crew

Doors are unforgiving. A sill out of level by a quarter inch will bind for two decades. Our own installers hang every one.

Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime workmanship warranty on every install, backed by full manufacturer coverage we register on your behalf.

Security & Efficiency

A Door Is the Weakest Point in Your Envelope

It is the largest moving part of your house, the easiest thing to force, and usually the biggest single air leak. All three are solvable.

Glass That Handles the Sun

Low-E coatings with a low SHGC on any door with real glass area.
Tempered glass is code on patio doors, and it comes standard on ours.
Argon fill and warm-edge spacers, the same package we spec on windows.

Locks That Actually Hold

Multi-point locking engages the frame at three points, not one.
Reinforced strike plates with long screws that reach the framing, not just the jamb.
Anti-lift blocks on sliders so the panel cannot be jacked out of its track.

Sills, Sweeps & Sealing

Adjustable sills so the sweep stays in contact as the house settles.
Sill pans and correct flashing so monsoon runoff never finds the subfloor.
Dust-tight weatherstripping, because a leaking door is a dusty house.

Quick Answers

Replacement Door FAQs

The questions Arizona homeowners ask us most often about doors.

My slider is hard to open. Does it need replacing?

Not always. Sometimes it is just rollers and a track cleaning. But if the panel has dropped, the frame is racked, or the glass seal has failed and fogged, you are past the point where repair makes financial sense.

Sliding or hinged for a patio door?

Sliding if floor space is tight, which in most Arizona homes it is. Hinged if you want the tightest seal and the classic look, and you have the room for a panel to swing.

Will a dark front door warp in our heat?

A cheap one will. Fiberglass and steel with UV-stable finishes rated for high-heat markets will not. We do not quote dark finishes that are not warranted for desert exposure, because we would be the ones coming back to fix them.

Are security doors worth it?

If you want to open your front door for airflow without leaving your house open, yes. Modern security doors look nothing like the wrought-iron bars people picture, and a good one is genuinely difficult to defeat.

Can you put a pet door in a slider?

Yes, and the right way is to build it into the panel rather than wedging an insert into the track. An insert kills your seal, your security, and your warranty all at once.

Do I need a permit for a door replacement?

Usually not for a like-for-like swap. You will if the opening is being resized or if structural work is involved. We handle submittals and inspections when your scope requires them.
