Jeff Caruso (Owner)
Jeff was born and raised in Minooka IL, and graduated from Illinois State University in 1989 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics, as well as Finance. To help get through college, when he wasn’t in class, he was working for numerous companies throughout the building trade industry. He then moved to Arizona in 1992 and married Nicole in 2002, who is an Arizona Native and possesses dual citizenship for America and the Island of Palau. Jeff and Nicole have two talented daughters, whom are their world! They often spend family vacations skiing in Colorado, and visiting family in Palau.
Jeff founded Affordable Windows in Arizona in 2005, and quickly gained a booming reputation here due to his honesty, integrity, knowledge and experience! Now as we all know, this wasn’t the best year to start a company, but Affordable made it through the recession during 2007-2010 because of Jeff’s quality workmanship and customer-oriented values! He was not the type of owner to walk away and let his team do the work. Jeff performed all sales, job evaluations, measurements and installations when he first began! Today, Jeff is still just as hands-on and motivated to be a team player. He measures every job himself before ordering, to ensure a perfect fit! He also assists with some of the installation work, material deliveries, visits job sites to ensure top-notch performance, and so much more! We are very grateful to have such an understanding, and intuitive individual as our leader and co-worker!
Jamie Lopez (Manager / Project Coordinator)
Jamie Lopez was born and raised here in Arizona and has built an outstanding reputation for herself in the industry in her time here, all while raising her amazing daughter, as a single mother. Her experience started in high school, assisting her family’s Commercial Refrigeration company with office tasks and payroll throughout each summer and some days after school, as well as volunteering at a local Orphanage during her free time. She has worked in event coordinating for charitable organizations, home improvement and wholesale distributing until becoming a part of our family here at Affordable Windows. Jamie has been with our company since 2014 and has become everyone’s go-to personnel when help is needed; employee or client! She has spent time working in each area of the business, from marketing, event coordinating, scheduling management, client coordination, services and relations, and has even visited hundreds of job sites to learn every aspect of the industry.
We are glad to have her on our team, as she is not only kind, professional, and caring, but always goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction!
Diane Robinson (Office Assistant / Scheduling Manager)
Diane is also an Arizona native and has been in the home improvement sales industry for over 30 years now. She joined our Affordable family in 2013 and has been a valued member of our team ever since! She is the first voice anyone hears when calling our office, and is a great representative of our company, as she has such a bubbly and energetic personality, and is just a joy to talk to and be around! Some of her many job duties include scheduling free consultations with our sales representatives for any potential clients looking to replace their windows or doors! She also answers our incoming phone calls and directs clients to the appropriate party, as well as following up with clients for feedback regarding their experience. If you’re looking to get a price, she’s the gal you want to talk to!
Bill Meyer (Customer Relations / Service Department)
Bill joined us in January of 2019 and has been a spectacular addition to our team! He was also born in Iowa, raised on a farm and has known Jeff Caruso for over 25 years. He has an extensive background in customer service, finance, and management. Since joining our team, he has proven to be a valuable team leader, and we look forward to having him part of our family for many years to come! When he is not in the office helping clients, he can be found at the jobsite of the day, assisting the installation teams and going over the finished product with each homeowner to ensure complete customer satisfaction!
Angie Lopez (Marketing Assistant)
Angie is the newest member of our team and was also born and raised here in Arizona. She joined our team in September 2019 and has been a valuable addition to our family here at Affordable Windows ever since! She attended Mesa Community College for Accounting and has worked in a variety of office positions such as, accounting, research and development, logistics, and now marketing! She manages all social media pages, listings, and online pages for our company. She also helps with many marketing projects such as, creating advertisements, promotions, and flyers to help promote our business. She has been a great help in promoting our online presence, and we are happy to have her as a member of our Affordable family!
